Elie Khoury holds an Electrical Engineer Degree -1984- and an MBA _1992.
In 1992 he co-founded Le Pixel with Luc Regnault to develop software for improving the quality of prints. The products were a worldwide success.
In 1997 Elie started working on ICC specifications and on ColorSync as an Apple Consultant. In 1997 he founded Alwan Color Expertise which has since become a leader in the Graphic Industry acknowledged for its mastery of standards and color management.
Elie is member of many international organizations and scientific committees and in 2006 he was named President of the Communications Technologies Standardization Commission attached to the AFNOR.
Since then Elie has been the French delegate in the ISO TC 130 committee.

Eric Trinh - R&D Manager

Eric has an engineering and a PhD degree in computer science and, since his PhD thesis, has been particularly interested and involved in image processing.
Eric has lead R&D teams and developed software in the areas of scanning, image processing, ICC color management, file formats and document oriented workflows for the last twelve years.
Eric joined Alwan in 2011 as R&D manager and is in charge since of all Alwan's software developments.

Thomas Chavanis - Developer

Thomas holds a Computer Science degree from the Puy-en-Velay Technology University Institute (IUT) with an option in Digital Imagery. He also studied at Teeside University (UK) and has a Bachelor of Science in Visualisation.
Thomas joined Alwan in December 2008 as a developer .

François Fournié holds an engineering degree from the EFPG -Ecole Française de Papeterie et des Industries Graphiques- with specialisation in printing. He also has a Computer Science degree from ENSIMAG.
He joined the Alwan team in 2003 and is currently in charge of the Technical Support Department and Quality Control at Alwan.

Pierre Urban is recipient of a degree from the Ecole Estienne- Prepress and Media School and a Professional Degree in digital workflows and printing. He was for a longtime the youngest certified PDF/X Ready and Adobe expert.
He joined Alwan in 2007 and has the position of Application and PDF technical support engineer.

Pierre-Henri Mas is a computer science engineer, with a strong background and experience in image processing and modelization algorithms.
Pierre-Henri's professional experience has been mainly in the packaging and multicolor printing industry for which he developed specific measurement instruments as well as multichannel profiling and color management software.
